How do I apply for a Trade account?
Complete our Trade Program application with your business and professional information. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide details on accessing your Trade benefits.
How long does Trade approval take?
Applications are typically reviewed within [1–3 business days]. You’ll receive an email once your account has been approved.
Does the Trade discount apply to every order?
Trade pricing applies to eligible products purchased through your Trade account. Certain limited-edition pieces, custom orders, sale items, or special collections may be excluded.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order needed to avail the discount for approved trade partners.
Can I order fabric swatches before placing an order?
Yes. Trade members can request swatches to experience the color, texture, and quality of our textiles before specifying them for a project.
Can Trade members purchase fabric by the yard?
Our minimum order for fabric is 2 yards.
Do you offer additional discounts for larger projects?
Volume pricing may be available for qualifying large orders. Contact us with your project details, quantities, and timeline for more information.
Can I use my Trade discount during a sale or promotion?
Trade pricing generally cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or sale pricing unless otherwise stated.
Can I place an order on behalf of my client?
Yes. Trade members may purchase products for residential and commercial projects on behalf of their clients.
What is your return policy for Trade orders?
Standard Trade orders are subject to our Trade return policy. Custom, made-to-order, cut-yardage, and final-sale items may not be eligible for returns.
